Job Summary: Solar Troubleshooting & System Diagnostics Technician

Responsibilities
- Assist with the inspection, maintenance, and repair of residential solar systems.
- Work outdoors, troubleshoot problems, and help keep our customers’ systems running smoothly.
- Learn on the job alongside experienced teammates who actually enjoy teaching.
- Communicate clearly with customers and teammates — being reliable and respectful is a must.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Dependable and ready to show up on time.
- Comfortable using tools and working outdoors (we’ll teach you the rest).
- A team player who takes pride in doing the job right.
- No prior solar or electrical experience required!
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- STRONG COMMUNICATION
- Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
